Prepare Your Package for Return
- Pack your item securely back into the packaging which it was received in. (Must have the original packaging)
- Attach the original Invoice for proof of purchase.
- Drop the package off at the return shipping option of your choice or Return In Store.
Returns In-store (Trinidad & Tobago Customers ONLY)
If you require an in-store return, note that items must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice. Upon review of the product, and approval of refund, a credit card reversal will be issued.
If you desire to return an item, you will incur the cost of return shipping for the item based on the rate of your courier. How Payment Refunds Are Issued
Payment Refunds will be issued based on the payment option that was used for the item being returned. The cost of the returned items will be refunded to your account. Note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Once processed, the refund time is approximately 5-10 business days.

- Undergarments (Stockings, Underwears, Bras, etc) Choose your size and colour carefully when purchasing these items.
- Feathers (Individual Feathers, Base Feathers & Fluff Feathers)
ALL products that fall under these sections because of the nature of them, cannot be returned. We urge customers to select these items carefully and take the necessary precautions before purchasing a non-returnable item.
